Our Facility

Midtown Arts Center is nothern Colorado's newest cultural and performing arts center, and the first of its kind in the high-density south Fort Collins business and residential district. Formerly the Mann 4 Cineplex, Midtown Arts Center, completed in November of 2010, boasts four unique spaces including our main stage, the 236-seat state-of-the-art dinner theatre, a 200+ seat ballroom, a rehearsal studio/classroom, and 'Theatre One', a second 200 seat auditorium specifically designed for children's theatre, outside performance , meetings and lectures. All of these spaces are supported by a full kitchen capable of serving up to 450 people at once, as well as a grand hall, bar and lounge and central box office.
