Caribbean-glazed Chicken: A lightly-seasoned and oven-roasted chicken breast is smothered in a sweet and tangy glaze made of mango, pineapple, apricots, and honey. Tender and delectable, this dish is served with Saratoga mashed potatoes and honey-dill baby carrots.

BBQ Pork Spare Ribs: Pork spare ribs are seasoned, braised, and then slow-roasted until they are fall-off-the-bone done. Slathered in Chef Jim’s own specially-blended barbeque sauce and accompanied with Saratoga mashed potatoes and honey-dill baby carrots.

Penne Rustica: A classic dish from the heart of Italy! Flavors such as fire-roasted tomato, fresh basil, garlic, olive oil and black olives are sautéed and tossed with penne pasta to create an authentic and hearty dish. Served with Chef Jim’s homemade bread sticks, try this entrée with a delicious Italian sausage for only an additional $1.95.
