Shrimp Cocktail: Lightly seasoned, chilled mouth-watering shrimp served with our specialty house cocktail sauce. $6.95

Chicken Robicio: This New Orleans  French Quarter inspired dish will sure to become a favorite!  Chicken tenders served in a decadently creamy white wine and lemon caper sauce over a bed of red pepper rice with steamed seasonal vegetables.

Apple Braised Pork Shanks: Succulent pork shanks served in a delectable roasted apple cider sauce atop freshly mashed sweet potatoes accompanied by steamed seasonal vegetables.

Suggested wine: Napa Cellars, Pinot Noir

Fresh Tomato & Spinach Lasagna: Layers of fresh tomatoes, spinach and pasta served with a tantalizing cabernet tomato sauce and a side of garlic bread.

Carousel’s Famous Choice Prime Rib: An 11-ounce cut of aged USDA Choice beef is seasoned and slow-roasted to your choice of either medium-rare or medium-well. This entrée is served with a baked potato and steamed fresh vegetables.

Sweet Salmon Creole: A fresh salmon fillet served with a zesty tomato, sweet red pepper and lime sauce over a bed of red pepper rice with steamed seasonal  vegetables  .
