Cremosa del Basilico: Fusilli pasta is served with our chef’s housemade basil cream sauce and topped with Asiago cheese and cherry tomatoes. Accompanied by fresh baked bread, we suggest it tossed with a breast of chicken for an additional $3.95.

Carousel’s Famous Choice Prime Rib: An 11-ounce cut of aged USDA Choice beef is seasoned and slow-roasted to your choice of either medium-rare or medium-well. This entrée is served with mashed potatoes and fresh steamed vegetables.
